Return and Refund Policy

General Policy:

These are's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website.All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

Warning: Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
. The package has been received for more than 2 months
. Any product not purchased from
. Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not . limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
. Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
. Any product that exhibits physical damage
. Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
. If items are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you as we wish we could. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the defective products.

For the return parcel you should know about :
. You need afford all return shipping postage
. Make sure we can get the return parcel in one month
. Refund will be arranged in 1-3 days after we get the parcel and check no problem with the stuffs

Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?
a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.
If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.

The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps: 

Contact us: with your order information if you ask for return parcel.

1. Get RMA Authorization after you submit a RMA request by visiting ,RMA request should include the following information: Order Number, SKU, the reason of sending back and post images, choose replacement or refund money and other your related concern. 

2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization. 
Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from customer service center together with RMA authorization. 
Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment. won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment. 

3. Get the replacement or Refund. 
spinpaper will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.  The refund are applied to the original payment method.
