BENEFITS OF MAGNETS:
There are a few studies done with magnets and human blood. In all, they show that our blood has iron in it and it is weakly attracted to an external magnetic field. The magnets are supposed to help circulate more blood around those regions. Can I wear it for 5 hours a day?
Our Adjustable Magnetic Posture Corrector is designed to help fix posture. The proper hours of usage may vary. Please start with 15-30 minutes at a time and slowly work your way up. If you feel discomfort you are relying too much on the brace and need to take a break.
Can I wear this while working?
Yes! You can surely wear this while working. We recommend wearing our Adjustable Magnetic Posture Corrector for 30 mins twice or three times a day. This will train your muscles and adjust your posture but at the same time avoid too much straining.
Can I wear this while working out?
It depends on the exercise/routine that you have. This is helpful for light movements but this might not be comfortable enough to be worn during an excessive workout.
What material is the brace made of?
The material used for our Adjustable Magnetic Posture Corrector is neoprene. We have it in three colors you can choose from!

How long would it take before I will notice some changes in my posture?

Washing instructions
Hand wash or cold water on gentle washing machine setting. Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Remove excess water and air dry away from heat. Don't iron.
